Each individual data outlet (wired network) will experience up to 1 minute of downtime once during the period.

Wireless network may be unstable for 3-4 minutes once during the period.

If the network connection is missing for more than 5 minutes, we kindly ask you to restart your computer before you contact Orakel support services.
