Current incidents/maintenances
Some are experiencing issued downloading Office applications. The IT-department is aware of the situation and are investigating.
We are aware that some users are experiencing issues saving to Excel via EduKiosk. It should still be possible to copy to the clipboard and save the Excel file that way.
The service supplier is notified and is working on a solution.
Some may experience failure to print from FS. The issue is being worked on and we hope to have a solution soon.
Scheduled maintenances
Monday the 18. of may from 15.00 to 21.00 a maintenance downtime is scheduled.
Due to the maintenance, reboots will occur and some of NTNU’s services will be unavailable or have reduced capacity.
Studentweb and Blackboard are not affected by the maintenance.
The maintenance is conducted for security and technical reasons and lets the IT-department offer secure and stable systems for NTNU’s academic environment, students and employees.

IT-avdelingen utfører vedlikehold på servere.
NTNUs ansatte og studenter kan oppleve korte avbrudd i enkelte IT-tjenester. Avbruddene skyldes vedlikehold på server, men vil altså kunne merkes på PC hos ansatte.
Vedlikeholdet utføres av sikkerhetsmessige og tekniske årsaker for at IT-avdelingen skal kunne tilby sikre og stabile systemer for NTNUs faglige miljøer, studenter og ansatte.
